30 Before 30: The Goals

I owe you some recaps, but SPOILER ALERT: I finished the Dopey Challenge. Seriously, full story to come, but there are moments I can’t believe I did it. And others where I can’t believe it’s over.

But it is over, and we move on…to the smaller goals of 2018. It’s so weird to not have this big goal to be reaching for. Dopey was the dream for almost 2 years and now that it’s over…I’ve felt a bit listful…

When I ran Princess in 2015, not that long after I read an article about how after you accomplish a major goal (in running or elsewhere), its normal to feel a little depressed. Between coming off of the endorphins and not working toward something anymore, it’s not unheard of. But the post-Dopey Depression is definitely hitting here. Not having a major goal to work toward is making it hard to get out the door in the morning – there’s no real reason I have to go running. But this too shall pass. I hope.

So without further ado, let’s talk about my 30 before 30 goals for 2018. This is what I will work toward this year.
